From a Problem of Scale to a Partnership of Purpose
For years, our team at the marketing agency MKTNG had the privilege of working alongside incredible nonprofits and healthcare organizations. We saw firsthand the passion and dedication it takes to serve a community, and we were proud to help amplify their missions.
But we repeatedly faced a heartbreaking reality: for every organization we could help, there were dozens more we couldn't, limited by our own capacity and the high cost of agency services. It was a problem of scale that left deserving organizations without the communications support they needed.
After years of frustration, we reframed the problem. We finally accepted this wasn't just a resource issue, but a lack of imagination on our part. We asked ourselves a new, more powerful question: How can we put our decades of communications expertise into the hands of every mission-driven organization that needs it?
Thus began the journey to build GoldenDoodleLM.
We set out to create a tool that could emulate the best practices we've honed through our own work. We knew we couldn't replicate the nuanced judgment that comes from years of human experience, but we believed we could build an AI partner that understood the fundamentals of principled, effective communication.
To do this, we built our platform on two pillars: our own decades of practical experience, and the foundational research from leading institutions. We grounded our AI in volumes of work on effective communication from authorities including:

- National Child Traumatic Stress Network (NCTSN)

When it came time to name our creation, GoldenDoodle felt instantly right.
